Machine Pressure Welding: High-voltage resistance welding machines equipped with strong electric power and hydraulic pressure are employed. Cross bars are securely embedded into flat steel, forming robust and stable weld joints. This method guarantees consistent quality, high production efficiency, and excellent structural integrity, suitable for large-batch standard products.
Manual Production: Designed for custom requirements and specialized applications. It offers high flexibility in adjusting dimensions, structures, and processing details, effectively meeting non-standard demands from specific projects.
Product Material Composition
The steel grating is composed of high-quality components, ensuring reliable performance and long service life:
Flat Steel: Serves as the primary load-bearing element, responsible for bearing main loads. Its material and specification selection are determined based on the required load capacity of the application scenario.

Standard Manufacturing Process
The production of pressure-welded steel grating follows a strict and precise process flow to ensure product quality:
Precision Arrangement: Load-bearing flat steel and cross bars are arranged according to standard spacing or custom requirements, ensuring accurate positioning to lay a solid foundation for subsequent welding.
High-Strength Welding: Welding is performed using 200-ton hydraulic resistance welding equipment. The strong pressure and stable current ensure that each weld joint is firm and consistent, avoiding weak joints.
Secondary Processing & Packaging: After welding, the products undergo secondary processing such as cutting (to meet specific size requirements) and opening (for installation and connection). Finally, they are packaged according to transportation and storage standards to prevent damage during circulation.
